Thiercelin

Saffron, spices & natural aromas since 1809

Thiercelin is the French house that chefs, retailers and gourmets rely on. For seven generations this family producer has selected only harvests with character: single-origin saffron with intense color and honey-floral notes, carefully purified peppers (Tellicherry, Sarawak), aromatic cumin and coriander, warm cinnamon and cardamom, plus premium vanilla and tonka bean. Everything revolves around terroir, freshness and precision: spices are lightly roasted in small batches and ground to order for maximum aroma retention—without artificial additives.

Assortment & origin

Thiercelin works with terroir-driven lots: Tellicherry (deep, warm, slightly woody), Sarawak (fresh, aromatic), cardamom with a citrus-menthol lift, and cinnamon with gentle sweet spice. The saffron is hand-selected for color strength and purity; vanilla (planifolia/bourbon or tahitensis) is graded for moisture and vanillin—ideal for patisserie and infusions.
