Rimarts
Handmade cava from Sant Sadurní d’Anoia
Rimarts is a Catalan family estate from Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the birthplace of cava. Here everything is still done entirely by hand—from tirage to remuage—and the wines age for a long time “sur lie” (up to 48 months). The result: a fine, creamy mousse, pure fruit and pronounced gastronomic tension. Rimarts stands for precision in detail: grapes from higher-altitude vineyards, cool fermentation, long autolysis and extremely careful dosage (from Brut to Brut Nature).
Range & style

Why Rimarts?
Food pairing & applications
Rimarts shines with oysters, prawns, ceviche and sashimi, but also with crispy tapas, croquetas, tempura and grilled vegetables. The Brut is ideal by the glass; Brut Nature and Gran Reserva bring precision to tasting menus and dishes with delicate sauces.
Looking for cava with craftsmanship, long aging and pure expression? Rimarts delivers bubbles with finesse, depth and gastronomic versatility—reliable as an aperitif and unforgettable throughout refined courses.
