Equipo Navazos is the benchmark for sherry: a passionate micro-bottler from Jerez and Sanlúcar. Since 2005, Jesús Barquín and Eduardo Ojeda have selected exceptional lots from leading bodegas and bottled them as single cask or limited blends under the iconic “La Bota” series—each with its own number, origin and style. The guiding principle: minimal filtration (en rama) so that albariza terroir, flor and long aging can speak purely.

Fino / Manzanilla (en rama): saline, almond, citrus peel; razor-sharp tension and chalky albariza minerality.
Amontillado: hazelnut, broth, orange peel; dry power with filigree precision.
Palo Cortado: threads of amontillado complexity with oloroso breadth; silk and depth.
Oloroso: walnut, toffee, tobacco; warm, dry and endlessly long.
