About us
We are Roy and Joris, two cousins who grew up in a family where vegetables, fruit and delicacies have been central for generations. At the kitchen table we learned how important good food is—and that honest, flavorful products make the difference.
After several years of being intensively exposed to Spanish culture, we saw something very clearly in 2005: tapas restaurants were appearing everywhere, but rarely with truly good products. Beautiful kitchens, mediocre ingredients. That could be better.
In 2006 we took the step. Roy moved to Spain and from there we started searching for artisanal regional producers: family businesses, small-scale, high-quality, often only available locally. That search took us literally everywhere: over unpaved roads, through streams and forests, to producers high in the mountains who make something unique—olive oil, charcuterie, wines and more, all with their own story and character.
What started in a garage box has now grown into our own fully conditioned facility with dedicated employees, our own vehicles and drivers, and a full assortment. We have grown into a specialist supplier for hospitality professionals who consciously choose quality..
